Our PV combiner boxes undergo thorough quality control at three layers. Strict durability testing verifies structural integrity through continuous UV exposure and mechanical vibration. Each PV component completes a complete electrical verification, including 3.5kV AC dielectric strength test and ±5% arc fault detection accuracy. The enclosure’s adaptability to environmental conditions. Passing IP68 immersion test (-20°C~70°C thermal cycle) and salt spray corrosion resistance test to ensure reliable performance under extreme climate conditions.
